Audley Cooper’s Hill House Officially Opens

The official opening of Audley Cooper’s Hill House took place last week with 80 guests attending a festive VIP day. The imposing listed building houses the Audley Club and forms the centrepiece of the luxury retirement village in Runnymede, Surrey. Two of our directors were among the guests including owners, business partners and the Mayor and Mayoress of Runnymede.

“It was fantastic to catch up with the rest of the development team, meet potential owners and hear such positive feedback about the scheme we have all worked so hard to deliver,” commented Helen, our operations director. “It’s been a very long journey for all involved to bring this building back to life, how wonderful to see it finally buzzing with people!”

Formerly part of Brunel University, the luxury retirement village is located within the 66 acres of the Magna Carta Park. It comprises 128 retirement properties and the Audley Club, including a health and fitness suite, tennis courts, putting green, restaurant and library.
