B Inspired Home Style Series

Over the last couple of weeks we have been working on something a little bit different to provide some inspirational content for our followers on social media. The ‘B Inspired Home Style Series’ features a series of three posts based around home styling and we’ve managed to get some of our favourite suppliers involved. In order for us to do something kind for both our followers and for charity during these difficult times, each of our suppliers have kindly donated an item from each series to giveaway to our followers. In turn, we will be donating the cost of these items to the NHS COVID-19 urgent appeal.

Dine in Style

We’ve teamed up with Amara Living to style a dining table, creating a vibrant, laidback lunch look. Flowers from our local florist, The Flower Folk bring pops of colour with frilly tulips taking centre stage in the Anthropologie vase Amara Living have kindly donated for one of our followers to win. The tangerine zebra linen tablecloth from Summerill and Bishop provides the perfect backdrop, creating a fun and uplifting feel to bring the whole scheme together.

One Lamp Three Ways

The Pooky ‘Stucco’ lamp has been styled in three different ways around the home to show followers how a unique lamp like this can be used in both traditional and contemporary settings. The lamp has been styled with different shades on an antique table, a distressed set of drawers and a stunning mirrored Julian Chichester chest with quirky decorative accessories, flowers and artwork featuring in each. The lamp base and temple blue shade have been donated by Pooky as a prize for one of our lucky followers to win.

Bedside Manner

To style a bed, we’ve collaborated with luxury lifestyle supplier Glancy Fawcett using Beaufort bedlinens from their signature collection. The crisp and elegant cotton sateen contrasts beautifully with Glancy Fawcett cashmere throw which has been very generously donated as a prize. We’ve styled the bed with a unique silk cushion by Silken Favours from Amara Living to give a contemporary edge whilst keeping the look timeless.

It’s been fantastic to be able to do something kind for our followers to spread some joy and to support our NHS workers on the frontline at the same time. The response has been very positive and connecting and strengthening relationships with some of our suppliers throughout this process has been an added bonus so we’d like to thank them for their support during this collaboration and we look forward to working with them again in the future!
