Next Steps for Audley Scarcroft Park

Audley Villages recently announced that they have completed on the purchase of land for Audley Scarcroft Park, West Yorkshire. The development will be the fourth Audley Village delivered as part of a joint venture with Octopus Real Estate and Schroders Real Estate.

The Bernard Interiors design team has been working on the designs for Scarcroft Lodge, the Grade II Listed building at the heart of the development since 2018. The building will be sympathetically restored to form the Audley Club, including a bar, restaurant, library, lounge and health spa. The village will consist of 174, one, two and three-bedroom apartments for people aged over 55.

The development team for the project includes Gaunt Francis Architects, cost consultant and project manager Quartz Project Services. The project is due for completion in 2023.

Julia Forster-Smith, Senior Designer on the project said, “the design for this beautiful Grade II Listed building has been developing for the last three years. Dating back to 1830, it has been an absolute pleasure to research and discover so much history. After sitting empty for many years, the new design will bring the building back to life whilst being respectful of the wonderful original features.”

CGI’s for the development showing how the interior of Scarcroft Lodge will look are in the Bernard Interiors’ portfolio.
