Bernard Interiors has recently completed work at the Garden Mews development situated in the Blaydon conservation area, Newcastle upon Tyne. Comprising a stylish mix of twenty five homes, Garden Mews is the second development for Greenway Homes. The regeneration includes the renovation of the historic Blaydon House into three family homes, seven apartments, three mews houses and twelve three-story townhouses.
In order to assist Greenway Homes to maximise sales on the development, Bernard Interiors has designed the internal finishes for all of the homes as well as designing and installing the FF&E for one of the three-storey townhouses at the site.
Ian Watson, chairman of Greenway Homes said “This fantastic development will offer aspirational living in a key location. As an independent, local developer we provide properties of the highest specification, with an after sales service that is second to none.”
Emmie, lead designer for the project said, “it has been a real pleasure to work on this scheme, providing prospective buyers with an idea of how the interior spaces on the development can be used as well as helping our client to achieve their business objectives. We’ve used earthy tones and contemporary furnishings to give a warm, sophisticated and stylish feel, reflective of the Greenway Homes brand.”
Highlighting the buoyancy of the current residential market, Amy Brice, regional surveyor at Sanderson Young – the selling agent for Garden Mews – commented, “These stunning properties were an overwhelming success pre-release, and we now only have one townhouse remaining in the first phase release. We are carrying out Covid-safe viewings, by appointment and we are delighted to open the show home to demonstrate the standard of finish from Bernard Interiors and the overall quality of the development.”
The townhouse at Garden Mews can be viewed in the Bernard Interiors’ portfolio.
