More than an interior, this project is a reflection of place. Inspired by the colours, textures and rhythms of the surrounding landscape, the design balances contemporary elegance with a relaxed residential warmth.
Located in West Byfleet, Surrey, Thrive Living – Botanical Place is the UK’s first whole-life net-zero carbon later living community, bringing together thoughtfully designed apartments, wellbeing-led amenities and vibrant public spaces.
The project demonstrates how design can foster connection, wellbeing and a sense of belonging. Carefully considered outdoor spaces encourage interaction and activity, helping to create an open, connected community while challenging traditional perceptions of later living.
