Set within leafy surroundings in West Malling, this development brings together Georgian-inspired homes and inviting shared spaces. Connections to the outdoors and biophilic elements carry the calming influence of nature inside, supporting wellbeing and grounding the interiors in their setting.
Shaped through collaboration, the design balances opportunities to gather with space for privacy and independence. Timeless choices and attention to residents’ evolving needs reflect ESG principles, supporting an inclusive community and environments designed to retain their value over time.
