Facilities includes a restaurant which also provides corporate and private dining, bar, library, lounge and a spa with gym, pool and wellbeing facilities.
Careful consideration of the facilities and how people would use them ensured the flow of space respected period features to create a warm, welcoming and friendly environment appealing to both owners and visitors.
The interior is rich and dramatic with a mix of classic and contemporary fixtures and fittings.
“The original mansion that occupied the site dated back to the start of the 19th Century, and over time was expanded with Presidents Hall, Pillar Hall and College Hall. However, following the vacation of the site by Brunel University in 2008 this locally listed building suffered water damage and fell into disrepair.”
“Elaborate woodwork, carved stone elements, and antique fixtures evoke a timeless, mysterious atmosphere, creating a space that feels both luxurious and enigmatic.”
